we have visited Manali on 26th of June 2013 and it took 17 hours from delhi to reach there, when we have visited there we have an advance booking of the cottage near the mall road. The cottage was at the calm place with a beautiful view.
the Cottage was wood villa cottage with the European Design which is awesom, we parked our car in the parking and entered the villa and it was so so beautiful with a very nice and attractive Essence that we felt as if its our own place.
then we got four sleepers at the door so that cleanliness of the cottage can be maintained and that a very good etiquette one should carry.
we asked the owner to get us some snack as it was evening so he asked the cook to cook us our choice snacks and we had enjoyed mix pakoras with sandwich followed by the Tea and Maggi(Noodles).
Then we took some rest at our rooms as there were separates rooms in the cottage with dinning room and the living room and the kitchen.
I would specially like to mention our cook Mr. Raju Rajak coz of his beautiful art of cooking.
The food cooked by him was outstanding, marvellous, superb he can cook any thing with a blended taste, he asked us about the dishes we want to have in the dinner so we asked him to cook one chicken, one dal(pulse) and palak paneer (spinach and cheese) and Left the cottage for local sight seeing, when we returned the cottage the essence of food was awesom the cook was so polite with a smiling face with all the innocence which i cant explain in words. on which he asked would i serve you the food with hot chapaties(Indian Bread). Till the time he was readying the food we have enjoyed with our drinks and at last we got that superb taste of the food which was again unexplainable we had dinner with our finger licking end,
then before leaving he asked us about the breakfast menu and left.
Whatever you like you can ask him to cook he will cook without any attitude. In breakfast first he served us the tea with some butter toast and then served us with our choice breakfast which was Paranthas of any type with omellete bread, Sandwich, tea, bread toast which was again superb.
The staff of wood villa cottage was very very friendly, with good habits and presentation, very helpful.

Wood Villa cottage has a very beautiful lawn with flowers all around spacious place with the peace of mind.
The cottage was Rent for Just Rs. 6000/- MAP Basis for 4 People.which means just Rs. 3000/- Per Room Including Dinner and Breakfast. and complimentary Dinning room and a Big Hall with the LCD in Every room.
